Inspired by a photo I took of twigs (which is incorporated into the collage)— a small flash of red leaf revealed itself among branches. It made me think of the way birdsong colors the day.

Monotype collage.  Tissue paper, Rice paper and fabric hand printed with acrylic paints; monotype and  screen printing, direct painting with stencils. Collaged on 140# watercolor paper. Black/white double mat, opening 20”H x 16”W. Outer dimension 24”H x 20”W. (Sized to fit standard size 24 x 20” frame. Frame is not included.) This is an original, one-of-a-kind artwork.
