ABOUT SHIPPING AND RETURNS
These terms apply to all items sold by Bobbi Baugh Studio on this website.

FREE SHIPPING AND SALES TAX are included in the price of all items on this website. (Shipments via regular ground service, to addresses in the contiguous US)

What if an item is damaged in transit?  Please notify the artist immediately. The artwork will need to be returned to the artist to determine a course of action. Please keep a receipt of shipping cost. If the item can be repaired, the artist will do so and send back to the customer along with reimbursement for the cost of the shipping from customer to artist. If it cannot be repaired, the artist will issue a full refund for the purchase cost plus the customer’s verified cost to ship the item to the artist.

What if I change my mind about the purchase? If the customer chooses not to keep the artwork purchased, the artist must be notified within ten days of customer’s receipt of the artwork. The customer will ship the artwork back to the artist at the customer’s expense. Upon receipt of the returned artwork in unharmed condition, the artist will issue a full refund to the customer for the purchase price of the item less the artist’s initial cost to ship the artwork to the customer.
