Bird Memories is a composition inspired by my enjoyment of birds and an interest in placing in them in an environment of dense branches and twigs. Sometimes it’s easy to see birds. Sometimes we have to look a bit harder. This composition has some suggestions of birds that may have been in this place and have now left.

Monotype collage. Rice paper hand printed with acrylic paints, fabric, screen printing. Collaged on 140# watercolor paper. Black/white double mat, opening 20”H x 16”W. Outer dimension 24”H x 20”W. (Sized to fit standard size 24 x 20” frame. Frame is not included.) This is an original, one-of-a-kind artwork.
