Part of the inner journey series. The little paper doll girl is in a setting with the suggestion of door openings, dreams, and a deeply colored landscape. (I photographed this gate in a hidden off-the-alley garden in Natchez, and I love its evocative quality.)

Monotype on rice paper and digital photo transfer on muslin. Collaged onto watercolor paper and float mounted in 24” x 24” shadow box under acrylic.
